The Kaaij Foundation, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, is responsible for the execution of the project.  Eva van den Broek chairman. Nico Schoen (account)manager.  Several volunteers. Foundation Kaaij is an organisation, producing ” artworks in the broadest sense of the word.”
 
Godelieve Smulders is the initiator, creator, of this artwork. www.godelievesmulders.com  She is an multi disciplined artist working with all sorts of media dependant on the needs of a specific project.

The project management is in the hands of Barratt Arts Productions
